By accessing or using any part of the Chaos Cop Chase Services...

If you are under 13 years old, you may not use our Services without verifiable parental or guardian consent.

To register an account and use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age, or have parental consent if required in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Not be previously banned or suspended from Chaos Cop Chase.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

You are fully responsible for your account and all activity that takes place under it. This includes:

• Keeping your password and login credentials secure and confidential.
• Not sharing your account with or allowing access by any other person.
• Notifying us immediately via Discord if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Not creating multiple accounts to evade bans or exploit systems.

While using the Chaos Cop Chase game server, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, aimbots, speed hacks, or any unauthorised third-party modifications.
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Report them instead.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or discriminate against other players.
• Spam, flood chat, or use language that is racist, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Advertise or promote other servers, services, or communities.
• Attempt to hack, DDoS, or disrupt the server or its infrastructure.
• Engage in any activity that violates SA-MP's own terms of service.

Violation of these rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban at the sole discretion of the server administration. Bans issued as a result of rule violations are non-refundable for any purchases made.

Chaos Cop Chase offers optional in-game items and memberships ("Chaos! Purchasement") to support server operation. All purchases are subject to the following:

• All sales are final. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Changes do not affect items already purchased.
• Items are delivered to your registered account. We are not responsible for items delivered to a wrong account due to user error.
• Purchased items, including Chaos! Rank and Chaos Coin, are non-transferable between accounts.

Chaos Coin is an in-game virtual currency used exclusively within the Chaos Cop Chase server. By purchasing or receiving Chaos Coin, you acknowledge that:

• Chaos Coin holds no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Chaos Coin does not expire and remains in your account until spent.
• Chaos Coin is non-transferable and may not be gifted or traded to other accounts.
• Chaos Coin is forfeited upon permanent account termination due to rule violations.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or in-game rules.
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks.
• Harmful behaviour directed at other players or the community.
• Any activity we deem detrimental to the server or its players.

Upon termination, all associated in-game items, Chaos Coin, and Chaos! Rank will be forfeited without compensation.

All content on this website and server — including the Chaos Cop Chase name, logo, graphics, code, and design — is the property of Chaos Cop Chase and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and SA-MP are trademarks of their respective owners. Chaos Cop Chase is an independent community server and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or the SA-MP development team.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaos Cop Chase disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced via the Discord server or the website announcement bar.
